File サーバ連携/ Working with File Server
1) ConnectONEサーバが直接既存のWindows File サーバにアクセスしWeb化するため、中継サーバなどの設置が不要です。またファイルの各ページを画像化するモジュールも独自プログラムのため、サーバにMicrosoft Officeなどのライセンスを購入する必要はありません。
1) Because ConnectONE server directly accesses existing Windows File server to “webitize,” so you do not have to install any relay server. In addition, because the module for creating image of each page of a file is a specific program, you also do not have to purchase any license of Microsoft Office etc. for the server.
2) File サーバの、Active Directory認証に連動するため、Windowsログインにお使いのユーザID/パスワードで、そのままログインできますので、ユーザ作成やパスワード配布なしに導入できます。またWindows File サーバの、ファイル・フォルダのアクセス権限設定に、リアルタイムで連動します。
2) As it works with Active Directory authentication of File server, you can log in with your Windows ID/password, so you can deploy without creating user account and distributing user password. It also works in real time with access privilege setting of file folders of Windows File server.
3) ファイルは自動登録されますので、文書の初期登録―データ移行―に手間がかかりません。File サーバの共有フォルダは、従来通りに使い続けることが可能です。またファイルの変更をリアルタイムで検知して自動登録します。各ページの画像も自動作成されます。
3) Because the file will be automatically registered, the initial registration of documents – data migration – will take less time and effort. You can keep using shared folders of File server in a conventional manner. In addition, file changes are detected in real time for auto registration. An image is automatically created for each page.
4) フォルダーを選んで検索範囲を限定してキーワードでFileサーバ内の文書を検索することが可能です。

5) iPhone/iPad/Android端末の「ConnectONE Browser」で接続する場合は、バイナリ形式でファイルを一時的にダウンロードさせ端末のビューワーにてファイルを閲覧します。それ以外のブラウザから接続を行う場合は、各ページをjpg化し画像として端末のブラウザに転送します。これにより端末にファイルがダウンロードされることを防止します。

5) If you connect iPhone/iPad/Android device by means of "ConnectONE Browser," the file will be downloaded temporarily in binary format, in order to be viewed on the device viewer. If you connect from another browser, each page will be converted to jpg image and transferred to the device viewer. This prevents files to be downloaded to the device.
