Notes連携/ Working with Notes
ConnectONEはDIIOPでNotes/Domino サーバにNotes IDとインターネットパスワードによる認証でアクセスを行います。メール、予定表、アドレス帳、Notes DB のデータを取得し、CHTML化し、携帯含む多くの端末ブラウザに対応します。
ConnectONE accesses Notes/Domino server using DIIOP, by authentication with Notes ID and Internet password. It retrieves data on email, schedule, address book, and Notes DB and converts them into CHTML format, so that they can be viewed on various types of browsers including mobile devices.
Unlike ActiveSync, as no data will be left in the devices, the risk of information leakage is reduced in case the device is lost.
NotesDBアクセス/ Access to Notes DB
NotesDBアクセスには、NotesサーバにConnectONE専用の「読み替えマスタ」DBを入れる必要があります。この「読み替えマスタ」が接続すべきNotesDBとConnectONEサーバを中継します。「読み替えマスタ」は「接続すべきDB名」「表示すべきフィールド名」「表示項目名」「表示タイプ（テキストボックス、リストボックス、ラジオボタンなどCHTMLに対応した形式）」。また承認フィールドについては、フラグのフィールドおよび返し値を入力します。
「読み替えマスタ」は特定のDBの特定のフィールドの値をConnectONE サーバ経由で取得や書き込みをするツールです。承認ルールなどロジックが必要な場合は別途それに対応するNotes Agentなどを組んで頂く必要があります。また「読み替えマスタ」は複数のDBをまたぐことはできませんので、その場合は複数のDBをまとめた中継用のDBを作って頂く必要があります。
To implement NotesDB access, a “Convert Master” which is specific to ConnectONE must be placed in the Notes server. This Convert Master relays ConnectONE and NotesDB to be connected. The Convert Master consists of “Name of DB to connect", “Name of field to display”, “Name of item to display”, and “Type of display” (formats supporting CHTML such as text boxes, list boxes, and radio buttons). In the authorization field, flag field and return values should be input.
The Convert Master tool retrieves/writes specific field values in a specific DB via ConnectONE server. If you need logic such as authorization rules, you have to build something like Notes Agent that corresponds to it separately. Additionally, the Convert Master cannot be shared among more than one DB. In such a case, a relay DB that contains multiple DB must be created.
