ConnectONEライセンス/ Licenses of ConnectONE
ConnectONEはオープンソース（GNU General Public License）または商用ライセンスのどちらかを選択することができます。
You can choose either Open Source license (GNU General Public License) or Commercial license.
コミュニティエディション（オープンソース）/Community Edition(Open Source)
できるだけ多くのシステムと連携を可能とするというConnectONEのハブ構想は、企業が独占して開発販売を行うビジネスモデルより、オープンソースによる開発と相性が良いと我々は考えています。我社一社だけでは開発・サポートしきれない様々なシステム環境や連携対象について、世界中の技術者の方々から情報や応援を頂きたいと思い、ConnectONEをオープンソースとして公開しています。
ConnectONEが採用するオープンソース規約GPLは以下の特徴があります。（詳細はGPLサイトをお読みください）
・ユーザーはGPLライセンスの規約を順守することを条件にConnectONEを無償で入手、使用することができます。
・ユーザーはConnectONEを改変したり、他者に頒布することができます。ただし他者に頒布する場合は、改変した部分を含む完全なソースコードをオープンにしなければなりません。
・不具合を発見した場合ConnectONEコミュニティに投稿するという手段がありますが、原則としてオープンソースライセンスで提供される製品は無保証です。
The hub concept of ConnectONE, which allows working with as many systems as possible, has an affinity to open source development rather than the business model where a company exclusively conducts development and marketing. ConnectONE is published as an open source, because we would like to obtain expertise and support from engineers around the world when we cannot deal single-handedly with all of the target system environment and integration.
GPL, the open source license agreement adopted by ConnectONE, has the following features (For details, please refer to the GPL Web site):
- You can access and use ConnectONE free of charge, on condition that you comply with the terms and conditions of GPL license.
- You can alter and/or distribute ConnectONE to others. However, when you distribute it to others, you must open the complete source code including the modified parts.
- If you find a bug, you can report it to the ConnectONE Community. However, the product provided under the open source license is not guaranteed.
商用ライセンス/ Commercial License Edition
弊社（開発元）の正規サポートが必要な場合、またはセキュリティや運用要件などからカスタマイズが必要な場合、または正規パートナー製品との連携をご希望の場合は、商用ライセンスをご使用ください。
If you need our (the developer’s) official support, if you need to customize ConnectONE due to the security and/or operational requirements, or if you wish to work with our qualified partner products, please use Commercial license.
